The territory does not end with a decision. There are different ways to intervene.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE APPLIED TO DESIGN, DECISION-MAKING AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF TERRITORY.

A PRACTICE
BUILT OVER TIME
For more than two decades, we have worked with territory across different disciplines, scales and stages of the process.
Our practice brings together architecture, engineering, technical expertise and construction experience, integrating territorial, technical and regulatory perspectives that allow us to intervene in different contexts with consistency and informed judgement.

01
Architecture
Designing means transforming context into space.
We develop architectural projects based on an understanding of place, people and the specific constraints of each context, shaping solutions that are consistent, sustainable and economically viable.
Our practice is guided by Architecture to Be, a human-centred approach that places people's experience and well-being at the heart of design and understands each intervention as a dialogue between place, people and time.
02
Civil Engineering
Different disciplines. One coherent project.
We develop civil engineering design across different specialist disciplines in close coordination with the architecture, ensuring technical rigour and compatibility between the different components of the project.
Each solution responds to the project's specific constraints and its relationship with the other disciplines, anticipating potential conflicts and contributing to a technically consistent whole.

03
Technical Consultancy
Not every process needs to start with us.
We join projects at different stages, supporting property owners, developers, architecture practices and technical teams in addressing specific issues throughout their development.
From information analysis to the production and review of project documentation, coordination, technical integration and decision support, our involvement adapts to the context and needs of each process.
04
Compliance Review
A second review before submission.
We provide an independent technical review of projects against the applicable legal and regulatory framework, identifying potential non-compliances, inconsistencies and critical issues before submission.
The review adds an additional layer of verification without replacing the project authors or the assessment carried out by the relevant authorities.

Different ways of intervening. The same way of looking at territory.
The experience accumulated through our practice allows us to recognise patterns, identify recurring issues and transform knowledge into new ways of responding.
This process led to the Segmento Urbano System: our own tools and methodologies that structure knowledge and make it applicable to different stages of decision-making.
