What did SIL reveal about ATLAS

We presented ATLAS at SIL – Salão Imobiliário de Portugal, the largest event in Portugal's real estate sector. Over three days, SIL 2026 became the first major public test of ATLAS.
In a context where decision-making about the territory still depends on slow processes, scattered information and fragmented technical analysis, ATLAS was presented as a new way to structure analysis before a project begins.
The response was immediate.
Throughout the event, hundreds of report requests were made directly at the stand, confirming a clear need in the market: to understand the potential of a site in a faster, more structured and more accessible way.
A stand design for experience, not just exhibition

Segmento Urbano’s stand was designed to demonstrate Atlas in a real-life context.
The objective was to allow the investors, agents, property owners and technical professionals to understand, in practical terms, how ATLAS works as part of an initial territorial reading.
Throughout the three days, the space continued to receive a steady flow of visits, ongoing demonstrations and conversations focused on real cases.
The interaction was not driven by technological curiosity alone.
It happened because visitors recognised the problem. And they brought others in. Qualified recommendations are the strongest validation we could have.
The problem already existed. SIL only confirmed its scale.
A large part of the conversations at the stand followed the same pattern, reflecting common frustrations with the status quo:
excessive time needed to obtain answers
difficulty in cross-referencing urban planning information
decisions made based on incomplete assessments
processes dependent on external entities and unpredictable timelines
ATLAS didn’t create a new problem.
It made visible something the market had been experiencing for a long time.
And introduced a new way to approach it.
The market feedback
During the event, several reactions revealed the immediate impact of the proposal.
“I only came to SIL because of ATLAS.”
“I have already lost a lot of time and a lot of business because the municipalities take too long to respond.”
“This is the future.”
“Could we have a partnership?”
“You are the egg of Columbus!”
More than excitement, these reactions reveal something important.
They made clear the need to simplify the territorial reading without compromising rigour.
What SIL turned evident

ATLAS was not perceived solely as a technological tool.
It was seen as a practical response to a critical point in the sector.
For many professionals, the initial assessment of a site still requires weeks of analysis, and in some cases, months, involving the cross-referencing of information and reliance on multiple sources.
At SIL, it became clear that there is room for new approaches.
An approach that reduces time, structures information and supports decision-making before investment.
Technical professionals, real estate agents and investors showed interest not only in its speed, but also in its ability to structure decisions with greater clarity.
ATLAS is already available
Following its presentation at SIL 2026, ATLAS is now available to professionals, investors, real estate agents and property owners looking to obtain a quick initial reading of one or more sites.
The platform organizes territorial and urban planning information to provide a structured initial assessment of a site’s potential.
Three levels of analysis are currently available:
Foundation → first site reading
Insight → deeper context and planning framework
Strategy → more structured analysis to support decision-making

ATLAS allows you to understand a site’s potential before making a decision.
It is designed to structure a reading that traditionally requires time, technical expertise and multiple sources of information to produce an initial assessment.
